KC= Karate Chop point. At the
base of the little finger on each hand.

EFT TAPPING CHART AND PROCEDURE

A. Pick an issue ("I'm mad at my spouse" or" I
have a headache", for example) and assign it
a number from 0-10 with 10 being the most
intense level of distress.

B. Tap the Karate Chop (KC) point of either
hand continually with the tips of your fingers
while making the set-up statement “Even
though I have this (insert your issue, ie "anger
at my spouse", "headache"), I deeply and
completely accept myself and all my feelings".
Continue tapping while saying the statement 3
times.

C. Then tap 5-7 times with the tips of
your fingers on the following points in
order while saying an shortened version
of the set-up statement.

For example: "this anger at my spouse"
or "this headache"

D. You have now just done one round of EFT! Reassess
your distress level. Often the number will go down after
only one round. If it hasn't, do several more rounds before
checking on your level again. When you do more rounds,
say...."this remaining anger at my spouse" or "this
remaining headache". Keep repeating the above steps
until your intensity goes down to a zero or one.

EB= Eyebrow point
SE= Side of the eye
UE= Under the eye
UN= Under nose
Ch= Chin
CB= Collar bone
UA= Under the arm
LP= Liver point about 2” under
your breast
TH= Top of the head at the
crown just before it goes down
the back of the head
